3.4 xn777 reserves the right to verify the identity and eligibility of any User at any time and may suspend or restrict Account activity pending the satisfactory completion of such verification. Failure to cooperate with a verification request within fourteen (14) days of notice may result in permanent Account suspension.
4.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. xn777 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat.
4.2 You agree to notify xn777 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account. Until such notification is received and appropriate action taken, xn777 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized Account activity where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
4.3 Account Inactivity. An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months shall be classified as inactive. xn777 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to inactive accounts as specified in the fee schedule published on the platform. Users will be notified by email before any fee deduction commences. If the balance reaches zero, the Account may be closed. Accounts can be reactivated by contacting xn777 support.
4.4 You acknowledge and agree that your Account and the funds therein are personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, gifted, or pledged to any other person.
Before your first withdrawal is processed, xn777 requires satisfactory completion of KYC verification. This involves the submission of:

12.3 xn777's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds deposited by you in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.4 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit xn777's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
13.1 xn777's collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by the xn777 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and available at xn777.club/privacy-policy.
13.2 By using the xn777 platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purpose of KYC verification, AML compliance reporting, fraud prevention, and platform improvement.
13.3 xn777 complies with the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) in respect of all personal data collected from Philippine residents.
14.1 xn777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Account with or without prior notice in the following circumstances:
14.2 Upon Account termination for breach of these Terms, xn777 may forfeit all Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from Bonus Funds. Real Money Funds that have not been determined to derive from fraudulent activity will be returned to the User following completion of any required investigation, subject to deduction of any applicable fees or offsets against demonstrated losses to xn777.
14.3 You may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting xn777 support. Any remaining Real Money Balance will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method following account closure confirmation.
